Your product is made to order. Please see individual listings for shipping times (estimated arrival dates shown in checkout). Please note, although we try our very best to provide delivery dates as accurately as possible, shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer than estimated. Shipping dates are subject to change.
APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is offered at checkout. To place an order, your billing address must be within the United States.
Returns and Cancellations
Each item is hand made so no two will be identical, I do my best to get them as perfect as I can but with all things hand made I ask you embrace each minor imperfection to your one of a kind item.
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed, for any reason, in which you’ll receive a full refund. Refunds may appear on your original payment method in multiple smaller amounts or as one lump sum. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Please fill out contact form with your order number in the event you wish to request a return within the acceptable timeframe.
Due to the fact that products on FiddlesticksCrafts.com are unique and handmade, and the time that is required to create these products, work to create your item usually starts immediately. Therefore, orders outside of 24 hours past the order date and time may not be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
At this time I can not offer refunds for any items. These items are all custom made and made to order. If there is an issue with your order, please use the contact form to contact me with photos of the issue and we can work to resolve the issue as best we can.
If a refund is done, you will be refunded exact product cost. Shipping and taxes are not included in the refund.
Damage During Shipping
In the event your product is damaged, you’ll need to file a dispute with the shipping courier. We’ll work with you to assist in the dispute process. For help, contact us.
Declined Payments
Fiddlesticks Crafts uses third-party merchants to process payments. Either Stripe (Review Stripe Polices) and Sezzle (Review Sezzle Policies) are utilized, depending upon your chosen payment method. These merchants are responsible for accepting or declining your payment and Fiddlesticks Crafts plays no role in the acceptance or denying of your payment method. All payments submitted are subject to your Cardholder Agreement, payment processor agreement, or other third parties which you may interact with during the payment process.
